Services Agreement
Prudential California/Nevada/Texas Realty has
entered into a marketing services agreement with Metrocities Mortgage LLC, a leader in
the residential mortgage lending market. The agreement will provide home buyers with
the convenience of in-house loan services at Prudential offices, and access to an extensive
product selection, including government and state bond loans. Prudential’s mortgage arm
operates as The Home Loan Group.

Detached Home Inventory Levels Remains Level in Washoe County as Sales Slow in the Second Quarter
The softening Northern Californian housing market and weakening US economy fueled a marginal decrease in median house prices for single - family homes (-1%) in the second quarter in Washoe County, prompting a 14 percent drop in available listing inventory, as many sellers chose to hold on to their existing properties in hopes that sales and sale prices will rebound.
