There are many reasons I chose to work for Prudential. One of the main reasons I chose to work for Prudential was because of the support and training they offer their new agents. I feel like I have been prepared to face any real estate transaction. I have been involved in many different training classes, and I know that if I need help I have people here at Prudential to help me. It is a great place to work because of the people. The other agents have been very welcoming and I know if I have a question I can always go to my manager, Laurie Porter, she always has the right answer for any situation. Another reason I signed with Prudential was because Prudential believes in marketing. Marketing is necessary to sell houses, and you need to use different types of marketing to sell real estate. Prudential offers a wide variety of marketing tools for their agents. It is not possible to be successful in the real estate industry without marketing, whether it is marketing yourself to potential clients, or marketing a property to get it sold for your clients, to be a successful agent you need to utilize marketing. Prudential gives agents the tools they need. I feel very confident working for Prudential because of the tools they have provided me, whether it is the training, the support staff, or the marketing tools, Prudential has provided me with everything I need to succeed in my new career as a Realtor.
